TECON Plastic Round Column formwork For Concrete
Brief Introduction
TECON Plastic Column Form is a new material formwork system made from ABS and fiber glass. It can produce round columns with 300mm, 350mm, 400mm and 450mm diameters. They are easy to assembly and light in weight. It also saves your cost greatly compared with other material formwork systems.
Technical Specification
* For round columns 300mm, 350mm, 400mm and 450mm in the diameter
* Can bear fresh concrete pressure up to 60KN/sqm
* Up to 100 times usage only by changing the shifting corners at four right angles.

* Light weight modular round column panels made from plastic thus can be handled by manual
* Save budget a great deal compared with other material formwork systems
* Easy erection by a simple 90 degree rotation of erection handle with smooth joints between panels
* Can work under in hot or cold areas
* Durable enough for repeat casting and can be recycled eventually
