Specification of Aluflex Slab Formwork

• Biggest panel size 1.8*1.8m, weights 57.61kg and covers 3.24m2, it can bear slab thickness upto 200mm with 4 pcs props, and bear slab thickness upto 700mm with 5 pcs props.

• Smallest panel size 0.9*0.6m, weights 15.29kg and covers 0.54m2, it can bear slab thickness upto 700mm with 4 pcs props.

• Two workers are enough for the erection, stripping and removal of Alu-Flex formwork without tower crane. Panels weight around 20kg/m2. There are 12 kinds of panel sizes to meet different structure.
